The next WWG event is scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 7:30pm at the VFW in Falls Church, Virginia.
The presentation will be My Student Experience at the Chippendale Woodworking School by Dave Farcht.
In this presentation, Dave will guide us through his decision of selecting the school, the curriculum, student experience, culture, and challenges of studying furniture making and restoration abroad. Plus, he will discuss the pros and cons of self-taught woodworking skills vs attending a professional school.
