Please use this page to RENEW your Washington Woodworkers Guild Membership. Only existing members of the Guild should use this page to renew their membership. If you are not yet a member (or were not a member in 2019 or 2020), please use our New Member Registration page.
Guild membership renewal is $30 for 12 months of membership. Payment is processed via PayPal. You may use your PayPal account (if you have one) or pay via credit card. To renew, enter your email address below. If you have a problem with the renewal process, please contact us. Once your payment is processed, your 12 month membership will be added to your previous membership expiration date so renew early.

Personal and Materials Release
I agree that the Washington Woodworkers Guild (“WWG”) may photograph and record my likeness, voice, and activities (“Images”). I further agree that WWG may edit, copy, store and make available such Images, including but not limited to the creation of audio-visual programs using such recordings (“Programs”), for the purposes of allowing the members of WWG to view such Images and Programs in any medium now know or hereafter developed and retain such Images and Programs in its archives and for use in WWG’s newsletter (all the foregoing, the “Permitted Use”).
I discharge WWG from any and all claims arising out of use of the Images for the purposes described above, including and claims for libel, invasion of privacy or other tortious act. I also agree not to assert any claims for injunctive relief and/or money damages against anyone relating to the exercise of this permission granted in this Release. I agree that the possibility of being included in the recording is sufficient compensation.
I represent and warrant that any statements made by me during my appearance or recording are true, to the best of my knowledge, and that neither my appearance nor any statements made by me will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
I may bring specimens or images of my work to display during recordings at WWG meetings or as part of my presentation. I grant WWG and its licenses the non-exclusive right to reproduce Images of my work (the “Material”) in whole or in part (including for example, incorporating the Material into a Program), for the Permitted Use.
The Personal Release is complete and no one has promised my anything that is not included in the document. I have read this release. I fully understand its contents and confirm my agreement. I am over the age of 18 and have legal capacity to agree to the Release.
